Access your
TheraNest Client Portal
Use this link to access your secure Client portal in TheraNest. You can use your portal to send and receive secure messages with your provider, update your demographic information for your medical record, review your balance or print a Superbill to submit for reimbursement if required. If you have forgotten your username or password, or if your account says that it is "deactivated" please contact us here.
Secure Payment Portal
Make a payment for services (copays, service fee, deductibles etc...). Please refer to your Client portal or Invoice provided for your Client balance due. You will usually see updates to your balance 4-7 days after your appointment.
Request an Appointment
For appointment requests please note the following:
Requests are reviewed in the evening and are approved in the order received.
Requests should be made within the same hour block...(ex 10-11; not 10:30-11:30)
Requests submitted after hours, on weekends or during holidays will not be reviewed until after 12 noon on the next open business day. Please see the calendar below for changes to provider availability.
Please review the no show and late cancelation policies signed at intake. You will receive reminder emails to the email you provided 48 hrs before your appointment. Canceling outside of the 24 hr window will result in a late cancel fee of $75.

In addition to your client portal, you can also use this link to download the Spruce App to engage in secure text conversations with your provider and use as an alternate option for telehealth platforms when necessary.
